    Individual Therapy for Adults struggling with Anxiety, Depression, Trauma utilizing EMDR, Somatic Experiencing, Inner Child Work, Parts Work.

  • What is your fee?

    Intake Assessment: $175

    50min Therapy Session: $175

  • Do you accept insurance?

    At Connection & Wholeness Therapy we operate on a private pay basis, though there is the opportunity to utilize your benefits if you have access to Spring Health with your employer. We believe this allows us to focus on providing the highest quality care to our clients without the constraints imposed by insurance companies. If you have any questions about our payment policies or need assistance with billing, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    I am NOW ACCEPTING clients through Spring Health EAP - check with your employer if they utilize this platform. There is also the potential to continue services beyond employer sponsored sessions utilizing your insurance. Please reach out for more information!

  • What is your cancellation/missed appointment policy?

    Connection and Wholeness requires 24 hours notice for all cancellations. Failure to cancel within that time frame results in a charge of your full session fee.

  • Are telehealth/virtual appointments available?

    Yes, we offer In-person and virtual appointments for those located in Arizona through a HIPAA compliant platform.
