Best Books to support your Healing Journey
The big question. Where to begin? We ask ourselves this very question every time we make a proclamation on something, whether learning a new skills, desire to master a new hobby, adjust to the changes of life, and of course when we start the journey of Healing.
Maybe you’re at the stage where you don’t quite feel ready to send those emails to find a therapist, and that’s okay. If you’ve found yourself reading this, there is something inside of you that’s ready and willing to get curious. We can honor all parts of you, parts that are seeking answer and parts that may not feel ready. A good place to start is by reading, this can help expand perspective that you’re not alone. That there are people who share similar struggles, that know what its like to have lived through similar things. All while empowering you to learn about how and why you may be dealing with the things you are. Knowledge is power, as long as we can use that knowledge to deepen our connection to feeling and processing our present and past.
